Clinical Supervisor at the Hancock County site (Carthage, IL)

Applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or Human Services and have supervisory experience.  In addition, applicant must possess or be in the process of obtaining licensure status (LCSW, LCPC).  The following skill set is recommended:  highly organized, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and juggle duties assigned from key administrators.

LPN at the Pike County site (Pittsfield, IL)

Applicants will provide mental health nursing, work jointly with our Medical Director, assist with the coordination of client care between PCP's and clinic MD, visit clients in their homes, order and administer medications and provide community support and case management services.

Applicants must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Illinois.  Applicant must also be a self-starter, possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, have good interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, have good oral and written communication skills, be a team player and participate in the agency's crisis response system.
